Overlapping Dots Pinwheel Bow Headband

All headbands are lined with chinese braid ribbon (not shown) to give a secure grip when worn.
2 1/2" wide Light Pink Overlapping Dots pinwheel bow made using 5/8" Light Pink Overlapping Dots grosgrain ribbons, layered on Pearl Pink/Rose Pink pinwheel bow made using 5/8" Pearl Pink/Rose Pink Polka Dots grosgrain ribbon.
Attached on the side of 1/2" Light Pink grosgrain ribbon-wrapped plastic headband.
