1. General Information
- There is no minimum purchase per order.
- All products are shipped from Singapore.
- All goods are 100% brand new.
2. Prices and Currency
- Our products are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Please note that Everything Ribbon reserves the right to adjust prices at anytime.
- Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. No credits or adjustments will be issued for price changes.
3. Cancellation of Order
- All sales are final.
- Goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Any unfilled orders will be refunded accordingly.
4. Returns
- All sales are final.
- Please be assured that your items will be packed with utmost care and nothing will be spared to ensure that the items reach the destination in good condition.
- Everything Ribbon is not responsible for any lost or damage to mail once orders are mailed out. Therefore registered mail is highly recommended.
- We will gladly accept defective products (in very rare cases) for an exchange or refund. We must be informed via email within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Defective product must be returned to us within seven(7) days of receipt to initiate an exchange.
- We do not accept returned items that are in working order due to the customer's change of mind.
- We do not accept exchange for items due to normal wear and tear.
5. Limitations of Liability
- Everything Ribbon have made every effort to ensure the colors of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting during shooting and monitor display, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
- All sizes and measurements are approximate only, however we do make every effort to ensure that they are presented as accurately as possible.
- We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
- Everything Ribbon is not responsible for the use or misuse of our products.
- All small items are chocking hazards for children under three. Do not use the products without adult supervision.
