- Email your order to us Contact Us . Please include the following details:
i. Your name
ii. Email
iii. Contact number
iv. Mode of order delivery - direct delivery, via Singpost, or self-collect
v. Delivery / Mailing address
vi. List of items bearing the following information:1. Description / Name of items
2. For hair clips, please indicate which side of the head the clips are intended to be worn on.
3. For customised items, please include the customisations requested.
4. Unit price (SGD). Please include the additional charges applicable for customised items.
5. Quantity
6. Total price (SGD)
- We will confirm your order within 24 hours.
- Payment has to be made within 24 hours upon our confirmation so as to secure your order.
2. Payment
Payment may be made via bank transfer (account details to be advised) or paypal.
3. Delivery Options
All goods are shipped from Singapore. We welcome everyone from anywhere in the world to buy from us. Orders are usually send out within five(5) business days. Kindly contact us for rush orders.
The following delivery options are available:
- Local (within Singapore) direct delivery with a delivery fee of SGD 12.00 per location.
- By post via Singpost mail service:
Local shipping (within Singapore):- Normal postage is available for SGD 3.30 nett; so the more you purchase, the higher your savings on shipping.
International shipping:
- Packages weighing more than 2kg may be sent in multiple shipments.
- Typically arrives in two(2) to five(5) business days from date of shipping.
- Registered postage costs an additional SGD 2.24. A reference number will be provided to track your package.- Normal postage costs is available for SGD 10.00 for the first 1kg, additional SGD 5.00 for the next additional 500g (ie SGD 15.00 for more than 1kg to 1.5kg), and additional SGD 5.00 for the next additional 500g (ie SGD 20.00 for 1.5kg to 2kg).
- Packages weighing more than 2kg will be shipped in multiple shipments.
- Typically arrives in six(6) to fourteen(14) business days from date of shipping depending on the destination. It may take longer depending on your country's customs and postal security checks.
- Registered postage costs an additional SGD 2.20. A reference number will be provided to track your package.
- Self-collection can be arranged. Please email us to arrange the collection.
